I have an idea! Why not just ERASE comments posted by those who can’t enjoy the website for it’s intended humor? It’s kind of funny that a bunch of white college kids are reading this site anyway….but it’s not surprising considering that the vast majority of rap/hip hop albums bought in the United States end up in middle class white homes, and in the ipods of white middle class teenagers. They are the idiots who fuel the hip hop industry. This is one of the most refreshing websites on the net that I have read in awhile. Unfortunately fresh humor like this is scarce these days, despite the abundance of content available on the net. What pisses these white kids off, though, is that the creators of this site possess a verbal fluency in a culture that they themselves could never imitate or own, no matter how “down” they try to be. As a black person who can speak easily in “professional” environments and at the same time also “get” the lingo here and also “get” the humor, I find it pretty funny (but not all that surprising) that white bloggers will take this sight at face value and do nothing but h8t, H8T, HATE.
