  I work with LE and also against LE. (Law Enforcement) Bluetops are not the brightest of individuals,otherwise why would they be cops? I do Civil Rights shit too.

  Half of them do not know the difference between a burglary and a robbery. I will explain. A burglary is crashin someone`s shit and runnin off. A robbery is strongarm and breathers are involved.

  LE is intentionally vague if you are under arrest or not. A prisoner is confined , so I guess technically if you are stuffed in a black and white you are a prisoner and you are their charge. Means they be fuckin responsible for your health.

  Do not know why this shithead ran , but you do not have the right to resist arrest under any circumstances. And the dumbfuck was not even under arrest or being arrested to be taken in to custody until he thought he was oj.

  And that herd in La. doin that jenna 6 thing? They give black trash a bad name. I know someone who hangs a noose in his tree every Halloween , they gonna whine Sharpton to his house too?
