If you want to wake people up and shield them from this collective programming, I think you’re going to have to do a whole lot more than stopping people on the street and telling them to think for themselves. People who don’t think for themselves are on autopilot and the pilot is half asleep in the bathroom.
I say talk to people about it, but what you REALLY should be doing is looking to educate the next generation. Starting your own school and eventually self sufficient community would be what you would need to do to be able to teach people to think for themselves. You just telling people on the street will rarely get them to think. Even if they agree with you, they’ll just maybe take on your viewpoint without even have put much thought into that,which to me is just as bad as if they just kept on with the current collective identity.
Gotta learn how to control those rants, too. The only people who will listen to those are the ones who are already angry. If you want people to come off more receptive to you, you’ll need to be a little more refined and have clear examples that help state the case rather than broad generalizations.
Just a quick cursory glance through stormfront will show you how they convert already angry white people to a narrowly defined “objective”. They can’t just run around screaming “I hate coloreds” and expect people to take them seriously. Instead, you get “info” backed up by by seemingly concrete sources. So you go in there just dumb and angry and come out feeling like you just found some wonderful bulletproof info that will boost your confidence also. Then you go around posting links all over the place to “studies” that show you ain’t just some angry redneck.
Now, a lot of the info is misstated or blown way over proportion, but it does wonders for white folk ego.
If you state your info in a way that to dispute it would require you to dig down and do some research then you’ll get a lot of converts. If you just say some vague shit, mothafuckas is just gonna look at you funny….blah blah blah

I would highly recommend the book “the true believer” by Eric Hoffer. It is a very short treatise written about 30-40 years ago on the psychology of mass movements and conformity. Dude was a self educated longshoreman but I think based on this discussion Aaron and Lm would find it worthwhile.
I know that sometimes our daily life in this matrix kand be frustrating but trust me, you don’t want to see an armed violent revolution. They are horrible and often usher in a regime that differs little from the one they replace.

TJReal, I don’t want a revolution. I just want people to start bein concerned for others. Even the smallest of things can help like holdin doors open for the elderly or simply for just someone who got they hands full of shit, or not blocking the exit of a gas station so someone can get out. If all of us would do this, then we would start doing more things like helping out the poor.
Now I don’t mean giving the poor your money and supportin someone like that. It’s like this. If you teach a man to fish, that mutha fucka gonna be able to feed himself for life. You know what I mean?? It’s just shit like that. So yeah no revolution for me, cuz that shit usually sucks anyway.
Now as for that book. Someone else told me to read that. I will grab it as soon as I can when I finish school at the end of december. Then it’s on.
